I am Somaskandan, and I accomplished project manager and ERP implementation specialist, I have led technology-driven changes within manufacturing and enterprise sectors for more than 13 years. My career has been a journey through the implementation of complex ERP systems like SAP and Axpert, optimization of business processes using intelligence tools, and digital transformation by integrating AI solutions to make organizations work smarter and expand quickly.
I am passionate about creating measurable impact, whether through leading cross-functional teams, bringing Lean principles into day-to-day operations, or founding The Tech Team Pvt Ltd to bring AI-as-a-Service products to businesses across Sri Lanka. Equipped with a Master’s in Project Management and deep hands-on knowledge of business and tech, driving real productivity gains that guide organizations toward data-driven, efficient outcomes aligned with big-picture ambitions has always been close to my heart.
