Full ERP Process Mapping & System Upgrade.

As an Assistant Manager – Process Improvement, I spearheaded the comprehensive project to reboot the ERP implementation of the firm, essentially ERP. I worked across trading, procurement, manufacturing, finishing, inbound, and outbound warehousing, with the management team, too, to really understand the specific needs and challenges of internal operations and diverse customer profiles. I mapped complex business processes through workshops with stakeholders and data analysis, consolidating dozens of workflows into five clear process groups. This strategic simplification enabled the successful redesign and upgrade of the ERP system, adding new functionalities based on business feedback. The result was an intuitive, robust solution that improved reporting, data accuracy, and operational efficiency, directly supporting stronger business outcomes.​

Value Stream Mapping & 5S Implementation.

As a Lean Executive, I tackled substantial operational challenges for the Cutting Department, which suffered from chronic delays due to resource constraints and inefficient workflows. I jointly led a value stream mapping exercise with a colleague, documented every step of order intake through output, and determined root causes such as unnecessary approvals and excess waiting. Applying Lean techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, and process reengineering, bottlenecks were removed, waste was minimized, and work was standardized. Results included improved order turnaround, optimized resource usage, reduction in residual threads, and empowered teams through Lean best-practice training. This did not only deal with the immediate production problems but established a culture of continuous improvement throughout multiple plants with quantifiable gains in efficiency and employee motivation.

Automating Sales Order Booking Systems.

MAS Holdings Pvt Ltd

Working as a Merchandiser & Operational Executive, I found that the sales order booking for Nike shipments was highly resource-intensive and took as many as four man-days per weekly cycle. I teamed up with the SAP development team to propose and prototype an automated system within the internal SAP of the company. This turned the process into a few seamless clicks. This sparked discussion and innovation in furthering the digitalization of commercial operations for the business. Although the entire project remained at the proposal stage, this endeavor showcased my commitment to operational efficiency, agility, and forward-thinking solutions for global customers. ​

Quality Assurance & Production Optimization.

SR Steels Pvt Ltd

As a QA Executive, I was in charge of a very critical quality control project aimed at carbon parameters’ verification at the production of reinforcement steel. Realizing opportunities for process improvement, I introduced a spectro analyzer that replaced older, less precise methods, which is an accurate technology already in use within the company group. Further, I prepared quality assurance plans, carried out hazard analyses, and implemented new monitoring and documentation procedures. These improvements led to more reliable products, closer compliance with industry standards, and lower risk for the end customer. My role further extended to solving customer complaints jointly, developing new designs of the products, and raising standards of quality across production.
